AN INSIGHT INTO: SOUND BATHS

A sound bath is a meditative immersion into a tapestry of sound waves produced by various healing instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and the human voice.

A sound bath is a meditative immersion into a tapestry of sound waves produced by various healing instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and the human voice. Participants rest in a relaxed position of their choosing, enveloped by a wash of resonant tones, free from catchy melodies or rhythms.

Guided by a sound healing practitioner, sessions can last from 15 minutes to a few hours, sometimes involving group chants or mantras. The intention is to foster relaxation, well-being, expanded awareness, and inner visionary experiences.

This experience, akin to acupuncture, uses frequencies and vibrations to potentially unlock energy blockages, offering physical and emotional healing. Supported by science, sound therapy draws from quantum physics and sacred geometry, with clinical trials showcasing its therapeutic effects.

Sound baths are inclusive, and beneficial to people of all ages and stages, even aiding those who find traditional meditation challenging. These experiences require no physical ability, making them accessible to almost everyone – unless a doctor says otherwise.

You will find Savannah sharing Sound Healing practices monthly in her workshops throughout ESSEX as well as offering bespoke, private relaxation and sound bath practices, for up to 4 people for couples, families and groups of friends.
