These workshops offer a gentle and nurturing space to unwind, release tension, and celebrate our innate nature whilst deeply resting.

Forget the pressures of “doing” and instead embrace simply “being.”

Each workshop is thoughtfully designed to honour the unique energy of the season, weaving together the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Yogic Philosophy. Combined with Savannah’s deep understanding of the nervous system and intuitive practices, these sessions offer a deeply nourishing experience that leaves you feeling aligned, refreshed, and restored.

These workshops are for anyone* seeking stillness, calm, and a deeper connection to self. Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of practice, there are no ‘levels’ or ‘hierarchy’ found here.

Yin Yoga

Think long, slow, delicious stretches held for several minutes. This isn’t about fancy poses; it’s about tuning into your body’s natural rhythm, releasing tension, and working deeply into connective tissues, ligaments and nerves. Energetically, Yin Yoga supports the harmonious flow of Chi (or Prana) throughout the body, gently encouraging any stagnant energy to release and allowing vitality to move freely where it is needed most. Honouring the season, time of day and the energies that are at play.

Yoga Nidra

Known as ‘yogic sleep,’ this guided relaxation, lovingly written by Savannah for each session, takes you into a state of deep rest where 30 minutes can feel like 2 hours of restorative sleep. Expect to leave feeling like you’ve hit the ultimate reset button, reaping the well-known mental and physical benefits of Yoga Nidra, such as reduced stress and anxiety, improved focus, enhanced creativity, and better sleep quality.

Sound Bath

Melt away completely as soothing vibrations from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, wave drums, and chimes flow through you. It’s a massage for your mind, helping you let go of mental clutter and settle into tranquility. Alongside the deep relaxation, sound healing offers a wide array of mental, physical, and emotional benefits, including improved sleep, reduced stress and anxiety, pain relief, physical healing, and accelerated detoxification. It can help balance your chakras, release buried emotions, and manage mood swings, while boosting mental clarity, brainwave activity, and overall health.
