What Exactly is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a holistic, drug-free, non-invasive approach to manual therapy. Osteopathy treats from the muscles, ligaments and tendons to the nervous and digestive systems.
In the realm of musculoskeletal health, Osteopath’s utilise hands-on methods, such as manipulation, massage, and stretching exercises, to enhance joint mobility, alleviate muscle tension, and restore overall function. By considering the interconnectedness of the body’s systems, osteopathic practitioners recognise the potential impact of musculoskeletal issues on broader health.
The goal of osteopathy is to guide individuals back to a state of optimum health by addressing the interconnected nature of bodily systems, identifying and treating the root causes of discomfort, and promoting overall well-being
