WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST SESSION
During the first session, you will be asked questions about your symptoms as well as your general health. Some questions may not seem relevant to your presenting complaint however, it is necessary to get a full picture of your health and lifestyle to find the root cause of the pain or issue.
After an in-depth discussion, if comfortable, you will be asked to undress down to your underwear (you may wear shorts and a sports bra if preferred) so that a full physical examination can be completed. The examination may include assessing posture, movements of the body and neurological testing.
