Join Savannah Jayne every month at workshops designed specifically to create a state of deep rest for your entire being. Inspired by the nature around us, the cyclical state of our bodies, and the importance of honouring rest.
Each session consists predominantly of Gentle Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, lovingly written by Savannah Jayne to support the seasons around us and within us, and a beautiful Sound Bath.
Sessions may also include other energetic modalities including self-massage, tapping, intuitive movement, vagal nerve support techniques, traditional philosophical insight and Ayurvedic guidance. Every practice will be curated to support the season, the elements, life around us and the energetics of nature.

Indulge in gentle Hatha yoga postures designed to gently guide you into a profound state of relaxation, harmonising with the season and theme of the month. Feel tensions dissipate as your body gracefully surrenders, melting into a blissful state of comfort and tranquillity, setting the stage for the commencement of Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath.

Drift into the blissful state of Yoga Nidra, transcending the boundaries of ordinary consciousness through this meditative practice. Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation as you are gently guided into a state of conscious rest, unlocking deep healing and inner peace.

Savannah Jayne will create ethereal sounds using crystal bowls and other instruments. The frequencies emitted will permeate every cell, clearing away any lingering stagnation and inviting a sense of balance and renewal. Allow yourself to be transported to a state of tranquillity.
